What are the prints made of?+
All prints use FDM 3D printing with PLA/PETG filament — durable, lightweight and paintable in any color.
Do the prints come painted?+
By default prints are colorless. You can get them painted by us (extra cost), specify colors on WhatsApp, or paint them yourself.
What is the maximum print size?+
Max size is 10.08 × 10.08 × 10.08 inches (256mm³). For larger pieces we print in multiple parts and assemble.
How is pricing decided?+
Pricing depends on complexity, size, color and finishing. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before printing — no surprises.
Can I request a fully custom design?+
Yes! Wedding figurines, portraits, fan gifts — anything. Share a reference image on WhatsApp and we'll work it out together.
How do I pay?+
Cash on delivery or in-person payment only. Payment details confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How long does an order take?+
Typically 3–7 days depending on complexity, size and painting. We'll confirm the timeline on WhatsApp after your order.
Do you ship or only deliver locally?+
Currently based in Bengaluru with local delivery. Shipping options coming soon — message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
